From 30 November to 2 December the international workshop Experts in the Periphery<\/em> will be held at the L\u00f3pez Pi\u00f1ero Institute for the History of Medicine and Science (CSIC-UVEG). <\/p>\n With the participation of researchers of the IHMC and from academic centres in England, Austria, Russia, and Germany the workshop will study the role of experts and expertise in different academic and geographic contexts and will contribute to the reavaluation of the centre\/periphery framework.<\/p>\n Organized by Mar Cuenca, Ximo Guillem and Jos\u00e9 R.
